多段式冷間鍛造では、難しい形状を切削追加工（軸引き加工、ヌスミ加工、頭径仕上）してネジ・リベットを製作できます。複雑形状をNC旋盤より早く安く製作できるので、量産品にも対応できます。
仕掛品、完成品のネジ・リベットに切削追加工をすることにより付加価値の高い製品に変わります。
サイズは、Φ1.7～対応できます。

With multi-stage cold forging, we can manufacture screws and rivets by machining additional cutting works with difficult shapes (screw shaft processing, groove processing, head diameter finishing). Since complex shapes can be manufactured faster and cheaper than NC lathes, they can also be used for mass-produced products.
Adding additional cutting works to work-in-process as well as finished screws and rivets, it can be changed to a high-value-added product.
We can handle sizes from Φ1.7 ~.

フランジ加工・・・ネジ頭部の座面に溝加工をします。
Oリングをはめることにより防水ネジになります。

Flange Machining… Grooves are made on the bearing surface of the screw head. It will turn to waterproof screws by attaching an O-ring.

ヌスミ加工・・・ネジ頭部の軸に溝加工をします。
Oリングをはめることにより防水ネジになります。

Groove Processing… Groove are made on the screw head axis.
It will turn to a waterproof screws by attaching an O-ring.

軸挽き加工・・・軸部をネジ下地径に切削します。
その後ネジ加工をします。

Screw Shaft Grinding... The shaft is cut to the screw base diameter.
Thread processing is then performed.

軸挽き加工・・・ネジ部を切削します。
脱落防止ネジになります。

Screw Shaft Grinding... Screw part is cut.
It will turn to a drop-off prevention screw.

頭径仕上加工・・・ネジ頭部を切削します。

Head Diameter Finishing Process…Screw head is cut.

先端加工・・・ネジ先端をカット切削加工やR切削加工、端面切削加工をします。

Tip Processing…The screw tip is cut, R-cut, or cut in cross-section.
