私たちの会社にとって、従業員は家族と同じです。
互いに同じ場所で、同じものを製造・販売し生計を立てているという点では、人生において重要な時間を共に過ごしています。
それゆえに、ともに学びあい、励ましあい、時には叱咤激励しながら成長し、さらに高いレベルの仕事への挑戦や、そこから得られる喜びや感動を共有していきたいと考えています。

Employees are like a family at our company.
We spend an important part of our life together in the same place where we make and sell the same things to make a living.
Therefore, we want to learn together, encourage each other, grow with enthusiasm, and share the joys and excitement gained from the challenges of higher levels of work.
There are many people who prefer to be treated like working for a large company, but the strength of SMEs and manufacturing companies is that we can feel humanity and warmth not found in large companies. We are looking for colleagues who can share the joy of manufacturing together.

『いい製品』は、『いい人間関係』から生まれる

会社では、仕事ももちろん大切ですが、一番は人間と人間の関係がとても大事だと考えています。 工場長として私がやっていることは、全員の意見をまず聞くこと。耳を傾けて初めて理解できることや、見えてくることがあります。
ネジのことや加工のことは徐々に覚えてもらってもらえるので、まずは我々の仲間になってもらうことを大切にし、誰が何を考え、どんなことをしようとしているかをみんなが把握しておくことが大事です。
いい人間関係からでしか、いい製品は生まれないと思います。ですから、安心して仲間に入ってきてもらって、一緒にいい製品づくりをできればと思います。

Good Products are Created from Good Relationships

Work is certainly important in a company, but I think the most important thing is the relationship between the people.
What I do as a factory manager is to listen to everyone's opinions first. There are things that you can understand and see only after listening to people.
Since you can gradually learn about screws and processing, it is important to first let the people become our colleague, and that everybody understands who is thinking what and trying to do what.
I think that good products are created only from good relationships. I would like people to join our group with assurance and create good products together.
